I love warm weather. Outside activities, later sunsets, vacations, the whole shabang!

Within the last 10-20 years, summer also means blockbuster movies. The trend as been superheroes! I loved comics as a kid. I wasn’t the typical girl. Loved GIJoe, thundercats, x-men. You name it, I loved it.

Speed up to now, as an on call bartender, I read up on trends and such. On saturdays I make my kitchen my bar laboratory.  Just because I’m a mom doesn’t mean my fun button is retired. Also trying to create a list for my restaurant. Can’t start early, right?

Well, newest trend is superhero drinks/shots. I got unnerved when it was just males. Dont get me wrong, love hulk, capt. America, wolverine,  but no love for the ladies.

Um, unsatisfactory.

Last weekend I put together my female avenger team. Thought long and hard on this too. After which, I made a drink/shot, based on the information (accurate or not) that I remembered as a kid and read on.

First up, we have Batgirl.

I always thought she got the short end of the stick because of her connections. Screw that! Having inside connections with law enforcement gets you into the crew.

Next up, we have Supergirl

Superman can’t be everywhere all the damn time. His cousin can’t be that bad. Maybe even better………

Third candidate would be Rogue

Rogue is just plain awesome. Strong, sassy, and takes nothing from no one. The crew needed muscle.  She’s definitely it,

If you got Rogue in, you can’t leave out Storm

Storm is a great asset to the crew. Strong silent type, and can make you feel like Dorothy from the wizard of Oz if you cross her one too many times.

My leader? Glad you ask. Wonder Woman

Always need an older female to guide the rest.

Now one is missing. April O’ Neal, from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.  I’m so old, lol. Anywho, she’s the human/media source the crew needs. This shot consists of midori, triple sec, and red bull. Reporters gotta stay awake for the scoop, ya know? Lol.

That is my female avenger crew. They fucking rock. You have ingredients, no not giving measurements. This part of the blog is trial and error buddy. Have fun like I did in the kitchen, bar/restaurant you work at, or be a hit at the party. Tell ’em CSM taught ya.
